Black/White

In celebration of my last midterm being finished at about 6:00PM on Monday, I'm buying myself an iPod. Yes, you heard it, I'm really doing it this time.

Now, we all know I'm not one for making decisions, especially really important ones that have to do with iPods. Which is where you, my beloved audience, come into play. Soooo.....

black iPod, or white iPod???

This is quite the predicament really. Kind of like the ultimate good vs. evil scenario. Here we have the white iPod. Classy, fashionable, trendy, and the original. Not a bad option. But what about the black iPod? Sharp, sleek, sexy, and just plain badass.

Classy or badass? This is going to significantly affect my coolness factor, which I wake up every morning trying to not only preserve, but improve. So you can really understand the magnitude of my dilemna.

To help with your decision process, I'll leave you with this song in your head. Because it's been in mine since I started thinking about getting an iPod.

But, if

You're thinkin'

About my baby

It don't matter if you're

Black or white

Space Age

"Do you MySpace?"

"Do I what?."

"Do.... you.... MySpace?." I understood the question douchebag. I was just unaware that the term "MySpace" was now not only a noun and adjective, but also a verb.

"Uh, no, not really... why?"

"Well, you should. It's addicting."

Perfect, because I was looking for something else on the internet to be addicted to.

Since I had this huge exam to study for, I naturally started to peruse the MySpace world a few days ago. I created an account, which apparently I already did several months back, and began my journey into cyber networking. (And, yes, it's already been pointed out how big of a nerd I am for having not one, but two sites on the internet focused on me and my life)

Very quickly, people started to tag me to be my friend.

"Wait, I thought we were already friends."

"Well, we're not MySpace friends yet. We need to be MySpace friends."

Oooook.

Since then, I've actually had some fun with MySpace. It's cool to wake up every morning, sign on, find out who left a comment or message for you, and stalk the other people to see who commented on them. Very nifty if you ask me.

So, without further adieu, "MySpace."

Please don't give me another reason not to study.

Bored

Funny, I took these two pictures on two separate occasions. Both pictures are the same scene at Copper Mountain. Only the first was taken some time last year. The second was taken this year a few weeks ago during my visit. I had no intention of taking a picture of the same scene twice, just happened to work out almost exactly that way.

Yeah, so that was completely uninteresting, but I am bored out of my mind. The new term at school hasn't picked up enough yet for me to be worried about any kind of future exam. I'm at a standstill when it comes to applying for master's programs next year due to vital information I have to just wait for. I can't apply to medical school until May. I'm out of money which means no Colorado trip any time soon. And no amount of nights out are going to keep me that occupied. Guess I'll just post some more pictures from the trip... when I wasn't so bored.
