Space Age

"Do you MySpace?"

"Do I what?."

"Do.... you.... MySpace?." I understood the question douchebag. I was just unaware that the term "MySpace" was now not only a noun and adjective, but also a verb.

"Uh, no, not really... why?"

"Well, you should. It's addicting."

Perfect, because I was looking for something else on the internet to be addicted to.

Since I had this huge exam to study for, I naturally started to peruse the MySpace world a few days ago. I created an account, which apparently I already did several months back, and began my journey into cyber networking. (And, yes, it's already been pointed out how big of a nerd I am for having not one, but two sites on the internet focused on me and my life)

Very quickly, people started to tag me to be my friend.

"Wait, I thought we were already friends."

"Well, we're not MySpace friends yet. We need to be MySpace friends."

Oooook.

Since then, I've actually had some fun with MySpace. It's cool to wake up every morning, sign on, find out who left a comment or message for you, and stalk the other people to see who commented on them. Very nifty if you ask me.

So, without further adieu, "MySpace."

Please don't give me another reason not to study.
