9. Drink 12 glasses of water a day

Hand in hand with peeing, every hour, on the hour.

2. Fold my clothes as soon as they're out of the dryer, and put them away

There may be no hope for me.  That and the whole "making the bed" thing.  I seem to be missing the domestic gene.  Good thing I've been making up for it with my amazing cooking skills.

8. Learn one new recipe and cook it once a week.

It was a bit easy.  In fact, really easy.  But it was also freaking delicious and pretty damn good for you.  I found it on the back of the spaghetti box.

Bruschetta Spaghetti

1 lb whole wheat thin spaghetti
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 onion
2 tbsp of garlic
3 cups of diced tomatos
a bunch of mushrooms
2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
basil

Sautee the veggies in the olive oil (season accordingly), add the basil and balsamic vinegar, toss with spaghetti.  Buon appetito!

3. Eat at least one serving of fruit per day

Can you believe I'm up to about 3?  Me neither.

(This is even without counting all those glasses of wine)

11. Apply to Medical School

6 down (I think), and I forget how many more to go.  Factor in my laziness and I'll be impressed if I mail out any more.  Shit's expensive too.

17. Read 30 non-school books

1 down, 29 to go.

A good one to start the year with.  Definitely a chick flick, but great book.  Inspiring writing.  I'd highly recommend it for soul-searching purposes.  Stirs up that pesky little travel bug though.
